Your personal cannabis sommelier.
Hi, I'm SŌMA, a professional cannabis sommelier. My job is to steer you away from flower you were never going to love.
What SŌMA is
A personal instrument — tuned to your taste, and no one else's.
SŌMA isn't a review site and it isn't a leaderboard. It's a private tool that learns what you like and reads every menu through that lens. The more you tell it — and the more you rate what it suggests — the closer it gets to your real taste.
Built around you
Your profile is yours alone. Every score is measured against your preferences — not a crowd's. Give it feedback and it keeps tuning to you; nobody else's taste ever changes your results.
It matches, it doesn't judge
SŌMA never calls a strain “good” or “bad.” It only answers whether a strain fits you. The same flower can be a perfect match for one person and the wrong call for another — that's the whole point.
Private by design
No feed, no public profile, nothing to share — you're one-on-one with SŌMA. Your profile is never sold and never used for advertising. It's shared only with the service providers that run SŌMA, exactly as described in our Privacy Policy.
The menu is long. The guidance is not.
You open a dispensary menu and see dozens of names. Most people cannot tell what resembles flower they already loved and what simply isn't their taste.
SŌMA does not ask “what is this strain?” It asks the only question that matters:
“Is this strain right for this person?”
How it works
Build your taste profile
Either answer the short sensory questionnaire, or just name a few strains you've already tried — SŌMA reads the profile back from them.
Drop in what's available
Type the strains in front of you, or paste a dispensary menu. SŌMA reads the names and ignores the prices and percentages.
Get a ranked, explained match
Every option is scored against your profile and sorted from Best Match to Avoid — each with the reasoning, and the honest risks.

What a recommendation looks like
Triple Double OG
76%This option looks close to your profile. It should land in the earthy-gas direction you enjoy and give a heavier body effect. The risk is that the batch may be less sticky or less loud than a true GG4 — so freshness and packaging date matter. This is a sensory match, not a guarantee.
